Profile

I first qualified as a snooker coach in 1988 after completing the week-long Billiards and Snooker Control Council course run by Jack Karnehm at Lilleshall.

As a player I won many local comps including Cheshire individual and was also the first player to make a 100 break in the Bebington league on the Wirral. Had a 20-year break from the game due to family and work commitments and returned to competitive snooker and billiards four years ago.

I currently play billiards comps on the World Billiards and EABA tours, also compete when I can in over 40 Snooker competitions. At present my highest breaks are 135 at snooker and 126 at billiards.

Updated my coaching qualifications in December 2017 with the WPBSA in Leeds. I currently coach at various clubs on the Wirral, but do travel further afield when required. I have also helped out in Cue Zones at the Crucible and in Llandudno.
