Experienced learning and development professional with a background in coaching, training, talent development and program management. Over the past decade, has worked with educational and youth-development organizations to design and deliver training programs, mentor individuals and teams, and support performance improvement at scale. Applies these coaching and learning principles to player development in Cue sports.

I have been coached in Snooker by P.J. Nolan sir. I have been coached in Billiards by Satish Amarnath sir. My passion for coaching extends beyond Snooker & Billiards. For more than a decade, I have worked in roles focused on learning, development and mentoring. Becoming a snooker coach was a natural extension of that journey. I am fascinated by how people learn skills, build confidence and overcome performance challenges. Snooker provides a unique environment where technical, tactical and psychological development come together, and I find great satisfaction in helping players unlock their potential both on and off the table.
