Profile
I have been playing snooker for over 40 years (!), beginning with UK Junior events, league snooker in Bournemouth and am now competing in ranking events in New Zealand. A century break maker at both Snooker and English Billiards, combining extensive playing experience with a passion for coaching.
Focussing on the technical aspects of the game while helping players develop the right mindset for competition, with a strong belief that improvement should always be enjoyable, balancing structured learning with an element of fun. Whether coaching complete beginners or experienced players, my aim is to build confidence, consistency and a deeper understanding of the game.
My proudest coaching moment came when a student who started playing in his 60’s phoned to say he had just made his highest break of 54 – a huge achievement considering his prior high was in the 30’s.
