Hi, I’m Shane.
Originally from Leicester, I now live in a lovely village just outside Grimsby. I have been playing snooker for over 30 years, competing in local leagues and tournaments, as well as travelling across the UK to play at a variety of snooker clubs.
I first discovered the game as a child, and that’s when I caught what many people call the “snooker bug.” From that moment on, I was hooked. The game has been a huge part of my life, and as I’ve got older, my focus has naturally shifted towards coaching and helping others enjoy and improve their game.
I now teach at Grimsby Cue Masters Academy, where I love sharing my knowledge and experience with anyone who wants to learn this fantastic sport. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a more experienced player looking to take your game to the next level, I enjoy helping players develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
I’m also fortunate enough to have my own full-size snooker table at home, along with access to several local clubs where I can offer coaching sessions, giving my students flexible options for lessons.
