Bio

England’s Connor Benzey defeated Rodion Judin 4-2 in the final round of Q School to earn a two-year World Snooker Tour (WST) tour card for the first time in his career.

The man from Southampton has previously competed in the Championship League, English Open and Shoot Out as an amateur and reached the last 64 of the 2020 English Open by defeating Fraser Patrick before losing out to four-time world champion John Higgins.

At the 2026 World Championship, Benzey earned a first qualifying round victory over Pakistan’s Haris Tahir before being defeated by eventual qualifier Antoni Kowalski.
