Long Zehuang is a former ranking event semi-finalist secured a place on the World Snooker Tour for the first time in 2023, following his performances on the CBSA China Tour.
The Chinese player made a strong start to his professional career, going unbeaten in his maiden event at the 2023 Championship League as he topped his initial group before losing out in the semi-final group stage with three draws.
A run to the last 16 of the 2023 Shoot Out proved to be Long’s best of his debut season, while he also scored impressive victories over Thepchaiya Un-Nooh and Si Jiahui on his way to the last 32 of the 2024 World Open.
At the 2024 Wuhan Open, Long broke new ground by reaching the semi-finals with victories over Mark Selby, Dylan Emery, Jackson Page, Ben Woollaston and Jack Lisowski before losing out to eventual champion Xiao Guodong.
In 2025, he won three matches to reach the last 32 stage of the Saudi Arabia Masters before losing out to Selby.
