Sean O’Sullivan regained his place on the World Snooker Tour by defeating Joshua Thomond 4-2 in the final round of the 2026 Q School.
O’Sullivan, from East London, first turned professional in 2012 at the age of 18 and is now into his fourth spell on the World Snooker Tour.
His best run in a ranking event to date came at the 2016 Scottish Open, where he defeated Robbie Williams, Mark King and Mitchell Mann to reach the last 16 for the first time.
At the 2023 European Masters qualifiers, O’Sullivan made his maiden professional maximum break against Barry Hawkins.
